- We go back and apply our diagnostic tools and skills. We read everything. We use a bunch of state-of-the-art evaluative tools (software programs, industry metrics, competitive data and some other geeky stuff we won’t bore you with), dosed with a good amount of experience, logic and insight. We prod and poke, we test, we bang on the proverbial barrels.
- We come back to you a week later and take you through our findings. We report on what appears to be working, what’s working less well, what could be improved, what you’re doing better than your competitors, and where the dangers lurk. We review things like your outbound marketing, your direct marketing, your branding, your customer service, your website, your distribution channel, your club, your conversion rates, your positioning, your spending patterns. We’re kind, we’re honest, we’re thoughtful.
